SM Cloud is same good old Ivanti, just better, with more functionalities, free of charge integrations with other soft tools and it is based on the cloud. For us, medium size enterprise, it is more acceptable to pay monthly fees instead of bunch of money at start. Plus, service SM Cloud is providing is at highest level, super fast and helpful.

At first our company was thinking to start working with Ivanti SM on-premise. After we calculated starting costs: license fees, server costs and administration fees we decided to move to cloud and save money. Now we just pay monthly subscription fees. We also got a bunch of free plug-ins that we use daily. Definitely recommend SM Cloud.

Our company is using Ivanti Service Manager for a while now. In parallel, we are also working with other software tools like Zabbix and Jira. We really wanted those to communicate together. Once we found out about integrations custom designed by SM Cloud we just could not stand and wait, we had to try. Now we can focus better on our daily tasks and it saves us lots of energy and time.
